Guest Care & Satisfaction

Service Guarantee

  • Minor fixes must be reported within 24 hours of your visit.
  • Repair appointments must be scheduled within 7 days.
  • Wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper aftercare may require a service charge.
  • All services are non-refundable for change of mind.

Appointments

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.
  • Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their service adjusted or rescheduled.
